The 2019 General Membership meeting will be held at the Pere Marquette Library, Clare, Michigan, on Saturday, June 1 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Featured speaker will be Pat Race, founder of the Climate Stick, who will address global climate change and the Stick as a teaching tool.
This event is open to the public and will not only include the business meeting, but also address issues involving CACC and many other organizations active in the Great Lakes watershed. It offers members the opportunity to steer the course of the group by offering resolutions from the floor, electing members to the Board of Directors, and becoming involved in this 41 year old organization.
After a brief business meeting and a potluck lunch, the speaker will kick off his presentation and allow time for questions and interaction with the audience. A silent auction with donated items will also take place.
Please join us on June 1 for this annual meeting.
